STEP 1: Filing Tax Appeal Agreement

First you'll need to fill out this Property Tax Appeal Agreement form, securely, via DocuSign.

We operate on a contingent fee basis, and you are charged absolutely nothing unless our efforts result in property tax savings for you.

Please be sure to list the property physical addresses you wish to be protested, if you are unsure of the property ID#’s put N/A and we can find that for you.

Also list phone numbers and email we can use to contact you. Once done "virtual" signing, click submit!

STEP 2: Property Information Sheets

Secondly, please select the appropriate information sheet that relates to the property you are requesting service on.

These forms are not required, however, the information you provide in them is extremely important. Help us help you by filling your form out as completely as possible.

Any additional information you are able to provide could have a substantial positive effect on your property tax protest.
